Transtek provided through its participation in SYEA's 09 job fair vacancies in several sections such as programming and technical support, marketing, and sales. Statistics show that about 80% of young visitors to the exhibition are new graduates.
Transtek was not waiting to attract people with experience, but was rather looking for new graduates in order to build their capacity through training and development, to enroll them in the company’s line of work and then place them in the appropriate place according to their tendencies and, in accordance with company policy and culture in building a work cadre, says Ibrahim al-Assil from the sales division at Transtek.
He added, "Out of the company's belief in the importance of human cadres, it introduced during the exhibition Compass Human Resources, one of the systems produced by the company, which takes the task of the empowerment of human resources management in the business to determine their exact need of workers, in addition to organizing the work of the staff within the institution.”
Compass Human Resources is specialized in the management of all employee matters, their assessments and the identification of career paths, training plans, development, and job descriptions. It also supports generating various reports for all of the administrative units and sites, the systems of work and shifts, leave, holidays and overtime, in addition to generating general data of names of the staff, their attendance and leave, and so on.
