Transtek has signed a contract with Syria International Islamic Bank which provides a beam of banking systems, which contains Compass HR, Compass Fixed Assets and Compass Procurement.
The three systems meet efficiently the expansion requirements of the Syrian International Islamic Bank and the opening of more branches and increase the volume of market share and the rising number of customers and staff, as these systems are integrated effectively with the banking system core Banking, and could be linked in harmony with other regulations related to maintenance or warehouse or other.
Compass HR, the human ressources soultion, allows the organization of the work of staff within the institutions, and is specialized in the management of employees’ affairs, and their evaluation and to identify their progress in career paths, etc. On the other hand Compass Fixed Assets is one of Transtek widespread products, which controls and organizes all the assets of the company, in addition to calculating the cost of lease or rental, and everything related to it.
While Compass Procurements takes complete control of all stages of the procurement process from purchase orders, offers and price comparisons, and the approvals process, receiving, and it generates a wide range of reports on evaluations and monitoring of Suppliers stores ...
The three systems provide a number of important features, including work in harmony with each other because they use a database and a united mechanism of action, and they allow generating real-time reports and several analyses which help in quick decision making. The team of analysts, engineers, experts and programmers interact together to complete the work in a high quality and within the time of three months specified in the contract.
It is scheduled to install the infrastructure and devices within the first six weeks of the term of the contract, while in the last six weeks and the system is put under actual investment, until the end of the three months when the system used in the bank is dispensed entirely and is replaced by the three Compass Systems, produced by Transtek.
