Compass Financials Management

Compass Financials Management is a major module of the Compass ERP  that allows for recording, tracking and monitoring all financial accounts and transactions through the daily registration and update of the automatically generated journal entries from different ERP modules and business transactions within the organization.

The ability to compare financial results among the years helps organizations and managers make better decisions based on the exposure of the actual financial situation of the organization. This can be obtained from the current and previous financial statements, financial queries, assets accounting, expenditures and revenues analysis/reports, profit/loss lists, as well as estimated budgets.

Compass Financials Management allows to build  the organization’s chart of account in two international forms (tree/hierarchal form, segmentation form) with a flexibility of dividing the annual financial period into up to 13 period; monthly, quarterly, etc. It also helps in determining the beginning and closing date for each sub-module alone. In addition, the system handles the processing of different currencies, cashes, invoices, banks, locations, vendors, clients, and users.
