Compass Fleet Management

Compass Fleet Management ensures full management of all vehicles, drivers, rentals, and maintenance procedures; it also manages all vehicles (Fleet) and arranges their schedules, tasks, shipments, routings and trips, etc. The system is fully integrated with all Compass Supply Chain Management modules (Compass Material Management, Compass Planning Management, and Compass Procurement), and it automatically generates A/P or JE, vehicle P & L, and fixed & variable costs.

Compass Fleet Management covers the following areas:

Specifications, technical information, rental information, drivers, assignings, periodic fees, expenses, added tools, accidents, work centers, violations, insurance, alerts/warnings and other information.

Accidents, fuel consumption, oil, tires and batteries supply, internal and external travels, counters and pointers.

Frequent, emergency, preventive maintenance, work types, equipments requirement, experience needed, spare parts, defects, maintenance plan, and other information.
