Compass Manufacturing Management
Compass Manufacturing Management is a highly integrated module with other Compass ERP modules. This comprehensive integration makes it possible for the system to process, control, and manage the core operation of any manufacturing business (work orders) by establishing the designing and engineering information of materials, as well as establishing information of planning materials list, routing, cost information, material average cost, etc.
In addition, the system allows determining the methodology of manufacturing by defining the exact specifications of any material (manufactured or purchased) and its production stages. It also provides two methods of material costing, standard and actual costing with a possibility of showing very detailed deviations between them in all production stages. Consequently, this leads to establishing a comprehensive scientific plan showing how to produce materials and accurately identify its cost and time.
