Compass Material Management
Compass Materilas Management is designed to allow full management of all inventories and warehouse processes within the organization. It is fully integrated with all Compass ERP modules to automatically control stocks input and output operations, items definitions, stocktaking, movements, inspection, reports, etc.
It also enables controlling and maintaining stock levels in inventories and warehouses in specific quantity; minimum and maximum levels, according to static and seasonal demand and supply. It further allows for full management and follow-up stock management of different locations and bins of inventories and warehouses.
Compass Material Management covers the following areas:
· Item card: specifications, limits, costing method, structure, quality assurance, etc.
· Beginning balance: quantities of items previously in-hand, etc.
· Lots control: lot number, delivery, expiry, lot size, etc.
· Items input & output transactions
· Stocktaking: quantities, physical count, etc.
