Compass loyalty Management
Compass Loyalty Management is designed to link businesses of different specialties with their clients in a mutually beneficial relationship creating a loyalty program. Compass Loyalty management system can be highly customized to match specific requirements of any business. The system is divided into two major parts:
Management Side:
The Management side allows defining parameters, definitions and algorithms as follows:
· Loyalty Plans: allow defining loyalty plans, durations, budgets, procedures…
· System users: allows defining system users and their privileges on each screen…
· Chains: allows defining chains (shops/branches), balances, percentages, minimum sales limits, etc.
· Point’s calculations: allows defining algorithms and methods for calculating customer’s points.
· Promotions/offers: the system automatically/manually generates promotions, as well as developing promotion plans and techniques.
Client Side:
The Clients side handles all clients’ transactions as follows:
· Clients: allows defining clients, personal details, passwords, and personal IDs; barcode cards, magnetic cards, RFID tags, etc.
· Invoices registration and ID verification.
· Points’ transactions: addition and deduction of points for clients and other parties involved according to pre-defined algorithms.
· Clients’ offers: Offer selections, point’s values, offer/voucher printing, voucher re-check, balancing.
· Direct points deduction: allows direct deduction of points through different technologies /devices (readers, SMS, web portals, etc) for different services (additional service, parking, car wash, discount, trolley, etc)
· Balance inquiries: allows balance inquires through different technologies/device (screens, IVR, SMS, web portal…)
