Compass Hotels Management
Compass Hotels Management automates and integrates all hotels operations with a very easy and friendly system. The system is significant in its logic and interface design that allows for full integration with different modules of Compass ERP as its back office system, such as Compass Human resources, Compass Inventories, Compass Financials, and Compass Procurements.
The system incorporates the following services:
· Reservations and Cancellations
Individual clients, groups, travel and tourism agents/offices, confirmations, reconfirmations, cancellations (automatic/manual), changing reservations, changing rooms, waitlists reservations, additional/special services, regular pricing, seasonal pricing, external contract.
· Arrivals Registration (Reception)
Direct registration, fixing registration, personal details, rooms details, etc.
· Check-out and departure
Accounts checkouts, invoicing, invoices registration (accommodation, services, restaurants, points of sale, telephone, internet…) per room/person, advanced search, number of nights, different charges, fixing payments (closing account).
· Rooms management
Rooms statuses (ready, reserved, occupied, maintenance, out of service…), statuses duration, rooms’ diagrams, rooms groups, rooms’ frequent maintenance follow-up, additional services per room, rooms mapping and coloring, etc.
· Restaurants Management
Tables’ management, tables grouping management, orders, billing, room orders management, guests’ orders management, meals categories …
